About Us
Hendrickson Publishing Group is a family-owned publishing house on Massachusetts’s beautiful North Shore. Through eight unique imprints, we seek to meet the needs of the religious and scholarly communities in North America and the world. We’re most known for our high-quality and economical KJV Bibles, our commitment to the advancement of Biblical language-learning in seminaries and graduate-level programs, and our accessible Bible reference materials for everyday learning.
Our History
History of Hendrickson Publishers:
In 1980, Hendrickson Publishers was started with the publication of The Works of Josephus. Since then, we’ve produced thousands of high-quality books and Bibles to help people study religious texts in varying capacities and have grown to expand into a publishing group that includes eight distinct imprints, including Rose Publishing. And yes, after all that, we still publish Josephus.
History of Rose Publishing
Rose Publishing was started by a Sunday school teacher and a public school teacher in 1991. The mother-daughter team realized there were very few good Bible charts, time lines, and maps on the market for their classes and began creating their own. Other teachers started asking for the charts and the company was born. From those few charts locally, to thousands of loyal customers worldwide today, Rose Publishing is the only Christian publisher that specializes in graphics-rich products. Rose has become known for providing quality products developed by expert authors, including professors and consultants from evangelical Christian colleges and seminaries.
Our Imprints
Hendrickson Publishers produces thoughtful books for thoughtful Christians. Our products include books on Christian living topics, Biblical studies and reference works for both pastors and the thoughtful layperson, devotionals, and many of the Christian classics.
Rose Publishing specializes in Bible reference for everyone. Our resources help believers to love God by deepening their understanding of who God is. Packed with charts, time lines, and simple summaries, Rose Publishing products are designed to make the Bible and its teachings easy to understand.
RoseKidz® publishes award-winning and reproducible Bible lessons, devotionals, and fiction books that help kids grow closer to God in a hands-on way.
